In line with the requirement of the Corporate Affairs Commission, the company was registered in 1999. The company is also registered with Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.

The company is affiliated to CROMWELL International Consultants, a Collaboration of some Heads of Practice/ Fellows of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, interested in staying abreast of developments and take advantage of emerging opportunities in the dynamic global real estate sector.
