Tayo is the Managing Partner of Seyi Sowemimo & Co. An Associate of the valuation profession, he has a broad knowledge of management, administration and human resource management. He is a registered professional with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

As the Head Office Manager (HOM) and a manager of resources, he combines his managerial expertise with the practice of his profession, to lead the entire staff members to deliver on clients’ brief, no matter the challenges that might seem to exist.

An alumnus of Osun State College of Technology Esa-Oke, he obtained a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management in 2000. He served with the Cross-River State Ministry of Education for the compulsory National Youth Service Scheme. Prior to graduation/Youth Service, he had a stint with Messrs Adeyemo Fagbamigbe & Co and Ubosi Eleh & Co. as intern. Both firms offered the needed practical training for his chosen career.

Upon completion of the service year in 2002, and in fulfillment of his ambition to contribute to society, he joined Seyi Sowemimo & Co. in 2003.

Tayo has great skill in management of clients, teammates and ability to remain professionally focused. He has contributed to the overall growth and development of the firm since joining. He currently heads the Valuation Department of the company in addition to his role as the Head Office Manager (HOM).
