Seth is a graduate of Estate Management from the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos State. Seth was a Federal Government Scholar in 1991 for his outstanding academic performance.

He has over eighteen years of work experience. He worked with Diya Fatimilehin & Co. and has extensive cognate experience in Valuation, Property Development, Project Management, Pre-investment Feasibility and Viability Appraisal and General Real Estate Consultancy services.

He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Registration No. M05558.
