Seyi is the Founding Partner of Seyi Sowemimo & Co. An Associate of the valuation profession, he has the competence to conduct valuation across Nigeria, having been registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

As the Chief Executive Officer and an ardent believer in meticulous approach to the practice of the profession, he leads the other team members to provide real time solutions to the day-to-day issues related to property management and valuation.

A product of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), he obtained a B. Sc. In Estate Management in 1994 and kicked off a highly successful career with Messrs Omosigho, Omorodion & Partners as a Corp member. Upon completion of his Youth Service, he joined Alonge, Ogunmoyero & Co. in 1995 where he had the opportunity to see the practice side of his chosen profession.

In a bid to sharpen his real estate consultancy skill, he moved to Diya Fatimilehin & Co. in 1997. Having visibly contributed his share at the valuation marketing department, and to the growth and development of the firm in general, he honorably resigned his employment to set up his own firm in November, 1999.
